Terms and Conditions
Terms & conditions refer to the rules to be followed in order for me to
to continue the performance of the services that I'm offering. Also, a major part of the terms is between the users of my content both website and book, and the publisher/ Manager of the content. Some of the terms are as follows;
1. No users of the website should make a duplicate of the content for commercial purposes without the manager's permission. Content can include images and illustrations.
a. Viewers of adverts pages can take notes of offering, info that attracts them for later use.
2.The Clients should not have bad intentions, illegal purpose during and after purchase of my services.
a. purchasers of the private geographical help services must have legal and clean intention if you need help finding locations.
b. buyers of adverts slots on my website and book should not have adverts that are misleading and that have wrong intention.
c. Adverts sent to me will be examined to decide which one to be selected and posted.
3. The providers of voluntary feedback to me should send correct and accurate info which can be easily understood. it should be where possible in English or to a lesser extent in other understandable European language. And you also agreed, accept that if your feedback is likeable, some of it could be used to create content in my website and where necessary to produce a new edition of a book.
4. The terms and titles used in my book and website should be followed, such as prepaid, commission, fees.
5. Viewers of my website and users of some of my products such as adverts, Industrial goods connection will not hold the publisher liable for wrong or misleading information found on my website or book. I will do my best to select the right info and pick the sellers of Industrial goods using a questionnaire. Contents on my website and book is posted after research and study.
